Bolts for Seybold CG and most older Seybolds. This square headed knife bolt is fitted with an integral washer. The washer rotates on the bolt but is not removable. This bolt has 1/2"-12 threads and measures 25/32" long below the washer. The square head measures 5/8" across the flats. The steel washer is 1/8" thick and measures 1-1/8" in diameter. A screwdriver slot is provided in the threaded end to aid in removal if the head gets rounded over from a worn wrench or socket. (This is the same bolt as our B42 bolt, EXCEPT that it has a different thread pitch. The B41 has 1/2-12 threads, the B42 has 1/2-13 threads.) Made in USA. B42 Seybold Knife Bolt

Bolts for very early Seybold paper cutters. It is the same as our part number B41 EXCEPT it has a 1/2-13 thread. (Our B41 bolt has a 1/2-12 thread pitch.) This square head knife bolt is fitted with an integral washer. The washer rotates on the bolt but is not removable. This bolt measures 25/32" long below the washer. The square head measures 5/8" across the flats. The steel washer is 1/8" thick and measures 1-1/8" in diameter. A screwdriver slot is provided in the threaded end. Made in USA

B43 Seybold & Oswego Knife Bolt

Hex Head knife bolts with integral washer. This bolt has a 1/2"-12 thread and measures 3/4" long below the washer. The hex head is 11/16" across the flats. The washer is 1/8" thick with a 1-3/16" diameter. It is made from one piece of steel, including the washer, and it includes a screwdriver slot in the tip. It fits many Seybold and Oswego paper cutters. This blade bolt has a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance. Made in USA.

B44 Lawson Knife Bolt

Knife bolts for Lawson paper cutters. This Grade 10.9 steel socket head cap screw fits most Lawson Paper Cutters. It is .70" long below the 3/32" thick steel washer. It has a 1/2"-13 thread. The 7/8" diameter threaded washer rotates freely in a groove but it will not fall off the bolt. Made in USA.

B45 Challenge Knife Bolt

Knife bolts for Challenge 305, 265, 265H, 265 Titan & 20 Paper Cutters. Socket head cap screw, 1" long below the head, with a 3/8-16 thread. Supplied complete with a heavy flat washer. The washer is 1" in diameter and 1/8" thick. Made in USA.

B46 Polar Knife Bolt

These special plow type knife bolts are for a Clark Aiken Sheeter. They have a 3/8-16 thread and their overall length is 4-3/8" long. The head was slotted and has a steel key or ear which has been silver soldered into place in the slot.

B47 Polar Knife Bolt

B521 Polar Knife Bolt

Knife Bolts for Polar 76, Polar 76 EM and some Polar 72 (28") Paper Cutters (014116, 021053) Socket head cap screw, 10mm thread by 21mm long (.83") below the washer. It has a 1" diameter washer which is 1/4" thick and has been counter bored 1/16" deep to fit the head. The washer is held captive by a snap ring. B522 Polar Knife Bolt

Knife Bolts for Polar 55, Polar 66, Polar 71 and some Polar 72 (28") Paper Cutters (014775, 014776, 021054) Socket head cap screw, 10mm diameter thread by 17mm long (.67") below the washer. B53 Schneider and Perfecta Knife Bolt

B54 Pivano Knife Bolt

B56 Chandler & Challenge Knife Bolt

Knife bolts for Price Paper Cutters and some Challenge Paper Cutters. This steel hex head bolt has a 1/2-12 thread. It measures 13/16" long below the washer. The hex head measures 3/4" across the flats. The steel washer is captive, it rotates but does not come off. The steel washer is .11" thick and measures 1-3/8" in diameter. B57 Imperial and Horizon Knife Bolt

B60 Wohlenberg Knife Bolt

Knife bolts for Wohlenberg Paper Cutters. These alloy steel socket head blade bolts use a Torx Plus driver and are used on most Wohlenberg paper cutters. They are .70" long below the washer and have a 1/2-13 thread. The 4140 hardened steel washer is captive on the head, it rotates in place but it will not fall off. While it is possible to tighten and remove these with a Torx driver, they are designed for a Torx Plus driver. Using the incorrect driver will eventually strip the bolt head. B66 Polar 92 Knife Bolt

Knife Bolts for some Polar 92 Paper Cutters. This steel, low head, hex head bolt fits some Polar 92 Paper Cutters. It has a 10mm thread and measures 20mm (.79") long below the washer. The heavy steel washer is 1" in diameter and 1/8" thick. The washer also has a beveled outer edge. The washer rotates in place but is held captive, it will not fall off.

B67 Triumph Knife Bolt

B671 Prism Knife Bolt

Knife bolts for Prism Paper Cutters. This hex head bolt has an M12 thread and is 22mm long below the head. It has a screwdriver slot machined into the tip of the threaded end to help remove it if the hex head strips.

B702 Triumph MBM Knife Screws

Knife Screws for MBM Triumph 3600 and MBM Triumph 3610 Paper Cutters. (3600-030) These custom made screws have a 6mm diameter thread. They are 10mm long below the head. The slotted head is 10mm in diameter.

B703 Bolt for Sheridan VT Trimmer

Grade 8 steel hex head bolts, 1/2-13 threads by 1-31/32" long below the washer. The washer is an integral part of the head and does not rotate and will not fall off. The washer is 1-1/16" in diameter. Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance. Hex head measures 3/4" across the flats. These bolts are used in a Sheridan VT Trimmer.

B704 Polar Knife Bolt

Knife Bolts for Polar X, XT, E and ED Paper Cutters (409569, 419520). These zinc plated, grade 12.9, hex head cap screws have a 12 mm diameter thread. Included with each bolt is a heavy 4mm thick zinc plated washer made from heat treated 4140 steel. These blade bolts are 24.5mm long below the washer. The washer is threaded to keep it in place. B705 Prism Knife Bolt

Knife Bolts for Prism Paper Cutters. This hex head flange bolt fits in Prism 116 and other Prism paper cutters. It has an M12 thread, it is 24mm (.98") long below the head, and it has a 25.4mm (1") diameter washer built into it. Both the bolt and the washer are machined out of a single piece of 4140 cold rolled steel. The washer will not rotate. The oversize head measures 19mm (.75") across the flats. It has a screwdriver slot machined into the tip of the threaded end to help remove it if the hex head wears down. It also has a black oxide finish for corrosion protection.

S92 Polar Shear Bolt

S108 Harris Seybold Shear Pin

Shear Pins for Seybold (Harris-Seybold) Paper Cutters. This 2" diameter by 4-13/16" long steel shear pin fits many Harris Seybold paper cutters. It is supplied complete with the insulated center short out pin assembly. This trips out the machine by blowing a fuse when the pin breaks during an overload condition. This is to prevent the pull arm from cycling once the shear pin brakes apart.

S205 Wohlenberg 92 G Shear Bolt

Alloy Steel Shear Bolt or shear pin for Wohlenberg 92G, Wohlenberg 86, and Lawson Regent paper cutters. (8573, 7003224) The main thread is 12mm in diameter and measures 45mm long below the head. These originally had a hole cross drilled through the side of the shank. However there was a recall on the original style bolt as they were too strong and would not break during an overload condition. This is the replacement style that was supplied after the recall. It has a black oxide finish for corrosion protection.

S206 Wohlenberg 76 SPM Shear Bolt

Alloy Steel Shear Bolt for Wohlenberg 76 SPM Paper Cutters. (9158, 25053) This alloy steel shear pin or shear bolt fits certain Wohlenberg 76 Paper Cutters. The main thread is 10mm and measures 45mm long below the head. There is a drilled hole down the center of the head into the shank to create the break point. This style replaces the old style with the cross drilled hole through the side of the shank. It has a black oxide finish for corrosion protection.

S207 Wohlenberg 92 F Shear Bolt

Alloy Steel Shear Bolt for Wohlenberg 92 F Guillotine Paper Cutters. This alloy steel shear pin or shear bolt fits certain Wohlenberg 92F Paper Cutters. The main thread is 10mm in diameter and measures 40mm (1.57") long below the head. There is a necked down notched area machined into the threaded part of the bolt. This is sometimes refered to as the "old style" shear bolt for these machines. It has a black oxide finish for corrosion protection.

C81 Book Clamp (1 pair)

It measures 2-3/4" long by 1-1/4" diameter at the large end and it is machined from delrin. Included with each gear is an INA needle bearing which is pre-installed inside the gear. Polar Foot Pedal

Polar Clamp Foot Pedal. This steel foot pedal controls the clamp on Polar paper cutters. It fits most models of Polar EL and CE paper cutters. It measures 20" long. Once the pedal reaches the end of its stroke, the adjustable stop hits against the floor. This prevents overstressing the pedal or the shaft inside the cutter. Without this adjustable stop, repeated overstressing will often lead to the original pedal breaking off.

Split Pulley Assembly - Long Hub

V Belt Split Pulley Assembly for Polar CE Paper Cutters. (010280, 010127) This precision machined aluminum split pulley is a direct replacement for the original die cast pulley used on the tapered output shaft on the Polar Model CE hydraulic pump. Included is both pulley halves, three steel adjusting shims (our part number SP182), and the three bolts to hold the two halves together. Each shim is .5mm (.020") thick. The pulleys have threaded steel inserts installed where the two pulley halves bolt together, similar to the originals, to prevent the threads from stripping. This is the "Long Hub" version of this pulley assembly. The hub length measures approximately 7/8". (See our part number SP187 for the 1/2" long "Short Hub" version.)

V Belt Split Pulley Assembly for Polar CE Paper Cutters. Split Pulley Shim

Shim for V Belt Split Pulley for Polar CE Paper Cutters. (206640, 266641) This laser cut steel shim is used between the adjustable pulleys on Polar Model CE hydraulic pump output shafts. These shims are added and removed to ensure the correct tension is maintained on the belt. These shims fit both the original Polar split pulleys, and our replacement pulleys. Each shim measures .5mm thick (.020"). They are sold individually.

Track Change Gear

Track Change Gear for Polar paper cutters. This gear was predominantly used on Polar 115 CE and Polar 155 CE paper cutters which were built during the 1970s. This gear is used in the mechanism which changes the "track" on the wide magnetic tape on cutters with the magnetic tape program storage system. If your original metal and plastic gear has cracked and failed then this replacement gear will work as a direct replacement for the original gear. This one piece, 15 tooth gear, is accurately machined from aluminum. It will not crack with age like the original ones eventually do.

Angle Cutter Guide

Angle Cutter Guide for Guillotine Paper Cutters. This aluminum angle cutting guide is quick and easy to install. The two clamps attach to the paper cutter back gauge ribs. Once it is secured in place it will not slip out of position, such as some single clamp guides are prone to do. It is fully adjustable for cutting any angle from 0 to 90 degrees. Once it is set in position it will allow for repeated cuts at the same angle. It will accommodate a stack of paper or card stock up to 2-5/8" high. A box end wrench is included with each guide to aid in installation and adjustment.

B3 Torx Plus Bit

This Torx Plus Bit fits our B60, B61, B63 and B64 blade bolts for Wohlenberg and other paper cutters. It accepts a standard 3/8" square ratchet or socket extension. Torx and Torx Plus bits are not designed to be interchangable. While a Torx bit will also fit these bolts, it is a loose fit and will strip the bolt heads. Never use a Torx bit in a Torx Plus bolt.
